Description: DESCRIPTION: 
NC Cooperative Extension offers Safe Plates for Food Managers
for all those who work in the foodservice industry. The course
helps food establishments meet the North Carolina requirement
of having at least one supervisor certified as a food protection
manager, per the FDA Food Code 2017.

Date: January 13th & January 14th 

Snacks will be provided

Time: 8:30am-5:00pm (Each Day)

Lunch Break from 12:00pm-1:00pm (Each Day) 

*TEST DATE: JANUARY 14th @ 3:00 PM-5:00 PM* 

Registration Deadline: Monday, December 30th

Cost: $110 (Includes the cost of books, practice exam, & exam)
