Food Temperatures – Cooling and Storage

This webinar explains proper cooling and storage practices, the science behind the guidelines, why they are important, and how cooling and storing food improperly can cause foodborne illness. Case studies on actual outbreaks will be used to discuss temperature abuse related to improper cooling and storage.

It provides 1 hour of continuing education credit for school nutrition employees in North Carolina.
