Is your food protection certification up for renewal?
Safe Plates is an evidence-based, interactive food safety program developed by NC State University Extension. This course is designed to prepare participants for the ANSI-accredited exam from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.
This program fulfills North Carolina and your county's requirements for Certified Food Protection Managers.


Course Schedule & Requirements
This is a two-part course. To be able to take the exam, participants must attend both instruction dates. 
Part 1: Monday, April 13 | 9:00 am – 5:00 pm 
Part 2: Monday, April 20 | 9:00 am – 5:00 pm 
The Exam: Monday, April 27 | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
