Description: We are holding a Safe Plates for Food Managers Training in Union County at our Agricultural Center. Safe Plates is a food safety training course developed by NC State University. Certification is based on passing an ANSI-approved exam from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. Passing this exam satisfies the FDA Model Food Code requirement for a certified food protection manager.

Dates of Training: December 9th - 11th, 2019 from 9AM to 1:30PM
Test Day: December 12th, 2019 from 9AM to 1PM

Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Cost: $150 (Includes books, handouts, and exams)

Payment Information: Send payment and registration form by mail or to our county center. Payment must be received before the first day of training, December 9th, 2019.
